- IS2: Entry check, residual stress check, reprofiling of the running surface and wheelset measure, entire paint removal, bearings test, destructive free testing of axle and wheel discs according to VPI, data proofing, new coating of entire wheelset, quality control
- IS3: Entry check, axle maintenance through magnetic particle testing, installation of new wheel discs, quantifying measurements, bearings test, data proofing, layering of correct coating, quality control
